The house was remodeled 35 years ago by the previous owner. The entire living room wall was closed by wood tile sheets. It has a high ceiling without insulation. By some reason, the air-conditioner system was removed. The bathroom has water leakage problem since there were mold on the wall. Floor were installed with wood tile as well; tile could be easily removed by fingers. Since the previous owner converted the master bedroom to a garage without permit, it became a house with only 2 bedrooms.
